“Somadina is an Igbo phrase meaning "I shall not exist alone" As a first-generation Nigerian-American, I grew up hearing this principle, and it shaped how I built ADINA & Co.
I understand how isolating growing a company can be. I've experienced it from scaling operations at early-stage startups and knowing the weight of being the only one who sees the whole picture.
But I learned that building alone isn't the same as building together. No founder should have to create their vision by themselves.

Ifeanyi Okoh is the founder of ADINA & Co.. She’s a strategy and operations leader with experience scaling early-stage start-ups through critical growth phases. She is known for her ability to identify the root causes keeping companies stuck and building the infrastructure that drives business outcomes.
Ifeanyi brings a builder's mindset to operational challenges, seeing how leadership capacity, infrastructure, and execution fit together as an integrated system.
Her work is informed by both strategic thinking and hands-on implementation. At ADINA & Co., she partners with executive teams to build the operational infrastructure that replaces disorganization and gives leaders back the capacity to focus on strategic vision and planning.
