Building the Operational Infrastructure Behind a Creative Brand Agency

Lova Studios is a creative strategy and production studio on a mission to transform artists into scalable brands. The studio delivers this through three core capabilities: artist brand and narrative development, structured content and campaign execution, and strategic marketing and positioning.

The Challenge

As founders and creatives, the focus is often on building something memorable. At Lova Studios, that meant better music, sharper visuals, and access to bigger opportunities. Early in their journey, that focus drove audience growth and increased visibility, and was the driver behind an engaged community of followers.

The creative agency was making clear progress. Lova saw quick growth in audience engagement, brand awareness, and key partnerships. However, their challenge was that creative output was growing faster than the operational systems behind it.

Core Problems

  • Organic traction from the music was driving early audience growth, but inconsistent social content meant that organic traffic had nowhere to go. Without a defined content strategy, QC process, or publishing strategy, there was no system to capture, nurture, and compound the audience already paying attention.

  • Lova Studios had a clear vision for what the artist brand stood for, but that identity was not being consistently executed across music, content, or partnership engagements. Every touchpoint looked and felt different. Without a defined brand framework to anchor creative decisions, there was no recognizable identity to build audience loyalty around or leverage in business conversations.

  • Day-to-day operations were running without defined roles, documented processes, or contractual frameworks in place. Responsibilities had not been clearly assigned and without structure to govern how the team worked, execution was inconsistent and high-value opportunities were becoming increasingly difficult to obtain.

  • Lova Studios' current growth was not connected to a clear revenue strategy to maintain position and forward trajectory. Without defined pathways to convert that traction into income through merchandise, live performance, or brand deals, growth was happening without translating into tangible business outcomes.

"We were seeing results, but there was no structure behind them. Without clear systems, we couldn't maintain consistency or build on what was working. We needed operations that could support where the brand was going, not just where it started."

-Maxwell Christian, CEO of Lova Studios

Our Approach

  • Understand the Business

The first month was spent entirely inside the business. Before any recommendations were made, ADINA worked alongside the executive leadership team to understand day-to-day operations. Our team sat in on creative strategy meetings, met with vendors and external contractors, reviewed open and upcoming projects, traced finances, and conducted a deep analysis of content output across platforms.

What emerged from that audit was telling. Content with similar visual and creative characteristics consistently outperformed everything else, almost always produced by the same creative director. That insight became the north star: what does the audience want to see, and how can we deliver that authentically? Every decision from that point forward was anchored to that question.

  • Build the Framework

Our next step was to design the operational framework that would turn those insights into a repeatable system. This meant reducing the list of external contractors such as creative directors, videographers, and photographers down to the ones who consistently produced content that resonated with the audience and aligned with the emerging brand identity.

In parallel, ADINA developed 17 core SOPs, 8 partnership and vendor contracts, and 5 team workflows that gave every member of the studio clarity on their role and how work moved through the organization. The brand framework that would define the artist's identity across every touchpoint was codified here, giving the team a clear creative standard to execute against consistently.

  • Activate the System

Once the systems were in place, the difference was immediate. The team no longer had to figure out how to approach each piece of content or release. There was a clear, repeatable process to follow and a defined creative standard to execute against across every platform and partnership.

Content production accelerated, and with that came consistent, compounding engagement data. Those numbers told a compelling story. With a trackable record of audience growth, content performance, and brand consistency, Lova Studios could walk into partnership and brand deal conversations with real leverage, converting organic traction into a business asset that attracted merchandising opportunities and long-term brand relationships.

The Results Speak

Audience engagement grew consistently from the first month of the engagement, reaching 7% by June 2025. Lova Studios reached more than double the industry average.

“We went from inconsistent engagement to 7% in six months. This opened doors to monetization and partnership conversations we couldn't have had before."

- Alexander thompson, Brand Manager at Lova Studios

what this means for you

The impact of Lova Studios' operational transformation quickly showed up in business growth. By building a strong audience base, they now had a clear pathway to scale their team and their work. Within six months, follower engagement climbed from 1% to 7%, content output tripled, and the studio was signing new work without operational burden.

"These results were only possible because ADINA helped us build a repeatable system that took the guesswork out of our day-to-day," said Thompson. "Having defined roles, repeatable systems, and a brand identity made us consistent and accelerated everything we were building toward."

Growth at this level happens through strategic partnerships. "We are grateful for the partnership with ADINA," said Christian. "Having the right partner was monumental for the company's next phase." That is what ADINA is here to do.
